Health & Wellbeing

The Health & Wellbeing Survey is conducted by a team of renowned educational researchers and leaders within the Institute of Positive Psychology and Education at Australian Catholic University. Results inform nation-wide policies and procedures to foster better occupational health, safety and wellbeing outcomes for leaders in the field of education.

“Thank you so much for the report. The importance of the survey cannot be overstated. It has been, and will continue to be, hugely influential at all levels. We thank you for the work. APPA is proud to have been so closely associated for so long.”

— Malcolm Elliot, President Australian Primary Principal Association

“This survey has allowed our “inside voices” to be heard, those reflections on wellbeing, workload and the emotional demands of leadership that we often keep to ourselves.”

— Female, Catholic Secondary NSW

“The survey’s greatest value lies in its independence and longevity. It gives principals a trusted national voice, transforming individual experiences into a collective call to action.”

— Andy Mison, President of ASPA
